Shipping policy

All items are shipped within 5 business days of order placement. Please note that items indicated as “preorder” are special order items and take 10-14 days to arrive to us. We will then ship to you within 5 business days if receiving the items. 

We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact the shipping company to file a claim for a lost package. We primarily ship clothing orders via USPS.
